Change language on touch 256

Hi I have a client based in france who has just got a touch 256 on orange.fr contract they need to use it in english and so i can connect to a exchanage server. Could some one give me some advise on changing the lanuage but not the data settings.

I have the same problem. Everything is in french and i need it to be in english for somebody. How could i change it to English?
Could you help me?

all you need to do is flash it with an english cooked rom for P3452 / Elfin / Touch XL / Touch v2 (all the same device, just diferent names)
