weather program

I found a weather program on here before and I had to wipe my system and I lost it. I searched weather here and could not find it again. It is not a plug in. I have spb weather on my today, but this weather program was in a cab and it was very customizable. It would show hourly, daily.... The icon was a yellow thing, maybe a man/cloud or something like that. I have searched here and can not find it again. Any ideas of what it was or another nice easy free weather program that is very full featured. Sure, I am not asking for much, lol. Still trying to recover this thing.

I found the cab, it is weather watcher and a free program. I have it attached here for others. Do not know why I could not find it here again.

I personally use WeatherPanel, excellent program and highly customizeable.
