Need orig. comm manager for tilt. Installed a bad skin. HELP!!!

I saw and searched for the original comm manager for my tilt but now I cant find it. I installed a skin and it only is showing text no icons. Can someone post a skin known to work on the Tilt or post the original please. Help.
