I can I change pagepool ?
I have download the file, but should I use it before flashing the ROM?
Can I change it on existing ROM?

On existing ROM... you mean - on device? Now seems like impossible on Hermes (I myself did not deep investigations however).

You cant change it on your device after flashing. It is possible for Wizard, but not for Hermes. So you change the page pool of the .nbh file and then flash it.

Besides you have to extract the OS.nb to change pagepool. If the ROM you are trying to change is an exe file, rightclick on it and extract the OS.nb and the ruu thingie. Then fire-up the pagepoolchanger select the OS.nb and change the pagepool. close pagepooolchanger and start the ruu thingie and follow instructions on screen.
