hit! can any one please show me how or a reliable website where i can unlock my t-mobile MDA III.

Hi. i just used a service on ebay for just over £10. thats pretty good but now the phone is saying the sim card i want to use is not inserted. the sim works fine in my hermes and my exec and also i can put a different sim in the compact III and that works ok. anyone got any idea whts causing this?
