Man.... You just made me so happy. I have been searching and searching for a version that actually sorted the songs by # instead of title. YOU ROCK.

Now my question is.. why in the world don't they have this version in the ALL HTC APPS thread instead of that older one?

So, for anyone who needs HTC Audio Manager that sorts properly, grab the one linked in this thread.

Thanks again.

Ah, I was just looking for this version, lets keep this thread alive until someone finds that the ALL HTC APPS thread should be fixed. This is something.

yea, I had just upgraded my phone to the GPS enabled version (6800) and had to redownload all my apps... figured i'd see if there just happened to be a version that had the sort figured out... couldn't find one and then saw this one... figured what the hell, might as well try it.

so happy.

Anybody else have the problem of HTC Audio Manager only detecting a number of their files instead of all of them?

Mine detects them all but refuses to play some of them. Mortplayer plays all my MP3's but Audio Manager just hangs if it doesn't fancy playing it :(

i have installed the latest audio mgr. however, after playing few mp3s, i notice the music starts to get jerky when i am using my bluetooth stereo. anyone face the same issue?

Thanks,
I've got the download, started clicking on setup etc but all I get is an http page. Do I need to copy the cab to the HTC? The downloaded is the file on post #6. You couldn't help a newbie like myself with some step by step instructions could ya? That'd be fab...

Cheers,
Will

PS: I'm not really worried about green stuff or not, just want my CDs to be ordered by track number ;-)

Ok, so I copied the cab to my device and got it to install. Now Audio Manager doesn't work.
I'm obviously very inexperienced with this, any help (the more detailed, simplistic the better) would be welcome.
The error was something to do with an unrecognised certificate?

Ta,
Will

go to windows, delete old audiomanager.exe, audiomanager.exe.mui and perhaps even other audiomanager.exe/exe.mui files you will find (some of them are read only, don't bother with them), reinstall the app, soft reset your device - this works for me every time

I installed the new version over the old version to the SD Card and got the "cannot find audio manager or some of its components..." blah blah talk.
I unistalled and installed on the storage memory and soft-reset. Still with the same error messange. I then saw this post and unistalled audiomanager. I went to \Windows to see if there was any of those files and didn't see any of those files...
I reinstalled again and still with the same error. Is there anything on the registry that can fix this problem??
