Treo 700wx Issue.

I was curious if someone could help me out. I was wondering if there was anyway for me to update my PRL on my Treo 700wx. It was previously an Alltel phone that I got activated on the Bell network after I cracked the screen on my first Bell Treo. As soon as I leave town it automatically shows me as roaming and when I am in town it never shows EVDO signal.

If you could help me out updating this or let me know if it is even possible I would really appreciate it.
