I am looking for a silicon skin case for the Touch Cruise. Any suggestions? Found this one for sale at ebay (do a search for "Skin Case Cover for HTC Touch-Cruise P3650 PDA BLACK") but don't know if the store is trustful.

I think is not a right model, because the hole for front camera is missing ! !

Ok. I'll be the guinea pig. I just ordered one off ebay and will report in as soon as I receive it. I noticed that the front camera is covered to, but I never use it so I don't think that will be a major issue for me.

Indeed a hole for the front camera is missing but I never use it. Hope to hear from you jc240. Time it took from purchase to delivery, quality and how the skin fits the Cruise. On ebay the cover is sold for just 4,66 euros, is that really the price you paid?
I bought 2 of them, black and grey and payed 7,30 Euro for both.
Hope to receive them this week...

I presume that a silicon case will not allow the TC to slide in to a car holder, such as the Brodit?
Looks like it would block part of the screen near the bottom where one must touch to bring up the touchflo cube

this looks sweet...key word being looks though...i agree with what edan says about the sliding...and also dissapointing about the front camera being blocked off...perhaps in the future someone will create a better case. let us know what you think when you get them hefi.

Well I got a notification for the seller that the color I ordered is out of stock. They will ship when the receive it. Will wait and see. As far as the front camera goes. I think that the cover is just a soft rubber. Probably wouldn't be that difficult to cut out a hole for the camera. I can't remember exactly what I paid, but I think it was around $8 usd.
I received the skin cases today and i must say that i'm inpressed. This looks and feels good. The sliding of the cube is no problem, it works like before.
The only thing that is a bit more difficult is taking out the stylus.
For me it is very good and i'm glad that i bought them...

Can you tell us if you had a hole for front camera ?
Thanks for your response

There is no hole for the front camera, but i think it will be easy to make.
I don't use the front camera so i don't need the hole in front.

I ordered the cover from e-bay (see topic start). Here some images, pros and cons.
Note, this is another ebayer than the one Hefi and Duncan ordered their cover.
Pro's:
+ Cheap (paid 24 euro's for 2 cases including international shipment).
+ Fast delivery (5 days after payment).
+ Includes a free (anti-glare) screenprotector (not tested yet).
+ Fits very well.
+ Covers the front camera (I don't use it).
+ All gestures for Touchflo, Cube and SPB Mobile Shell work without problems.
+ Easy appliance.
+ Covers the hard-buttons too for protection (I don't use volume the control).
+ I didn't like the silver front, hence it disappeared.
+ Camera hardware button can be pressed.
+ Covers the SD card slot (I use an 8GB card and don't switch cards).
Cons (depends on usage):
- Covers the front camera (when you use it).
- Stylus is less accessible.
- Hardware volume button is not accessible.
- This type of case does not protect the screen.
- You have to remove the skin when changing the SD card.

I received the same case about a week ago and would rate it pretty much the same (except that most of the cons really don't bother me since I always keep volume on "high," only have one SD card, don't use the front camera, and have a pretty good screen protector).
My only addition is that I find the case slightly "loose" (flappy) on the device. I've never had a silicone skin case before so don't know if that's the nature of the beast or if they just made this one slightly larger than they should have.

fully agree with you mask-it detracts away from what the touch is all about-plus it makes it harder to pull out of ya pocket when you need it in a hurry!!

I like the look of of that case kwabbernootje , shame it's a little loose - but - is it a universal type case ? - still material looks good - just really after a case that doesnt get stuck inside your pocket( 2 materials cause sticking effect) - im just undecided at the moment - i need a case for my 02 xda orbit 2 - any 1 got a good fitting one yet ??? ,
oooooOOOoooooo > just checked your above link http://www.krusell.se/productMulti.p...61&category=22, thats better - i ll have to contact them as to how well it will fit the xda orbit 2, ill report back when i get a reply <

I was just about to order that aluminum case from pdair then i realized you have to open the thing just to use the device, cause it has a plastic "guard" over the screen...
Just wanted to warn ppl about this so u don't waste $30 cause from the pictures it is not really that clear.

don't worry, it's ok.
using aluminium cases causing poorer signal receiption. crystal cases are more recommendable.

Im about to buy a Polaris, and want to dress it as well :)
Is silicon good? Would edges interfere thumb movement for touchflo?
I personally prefer not having to open covers whenever I want to access the pda, specially when you have only 1 hand available(it gets bad)...I think silicon pouch has that advantage...what do you think? any goods any bads?
