can someone tell where to unzip the unlocker file below

HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a.zip

is on the c drive or does it need to unzipped on the root drive

Do you need a sim to unlock or not i have a cingular 8525 cell phone but no sim for that phone

but i have a diffent one called one to one , vodafone, orange,gsm

can i use any of them to start lokiwiz 03a from
