Update gsm provider list

Hey in my Profile Options it's possible to select a gsm provider. For Sweden there's the provider Vodafone (Europolitan) which should be renamed to Telenor.

Europolitan was bought by Vodafone in 2002. Vodafone was bought by Telenor in 2005.

Hi there, I also noticed that for german providers, there are only carriers, their several resellers are missing. Mine is freenetMobile, with this official Logo (http://www.freenet.ag/media/freenet_Logo.jpg), http://www.freenet.ag/media/freenet_klein.jpgwould be nice if the ones "in charge" could add this (and maybe others, like fonic, Symio, Congstar, AldiTalk and so on (I know, the''re a lot, but I don't know if there is interest to add them in the first place, if so, I could help gathering a list and logos) to the provider list.

I realized there are no listed Colombian GSM providers to choose in the profile options, here I’m adding the names and the logos of the three of them.

Movistar (same logo as Spanish providers)
