Heres a strange one-Phone profile changing to vibrate after entering calender mode

Hi guys.. a strange and sligtly annoying issue for you that i havnt previously seen mentioned on here and would love help to try and resolve. I own an o2 xda stellar and Recently, whenever i enter a new appointment on the calender, on closing the calender application the profile changes itself to vibrate... ive tried a hard reset of the phone and it was fine for a day and has now started doing it again. Has anyone had the problem before and any ideas what could be causing it? The only program im running is HTC Home alone with the customiser

What apps have you recently added if any or Tweaks/reg edits?

Try removeing them one by one in reverse order if you did (soft reset between) and see if it solves it.
