Open Password,please..

HELP ME...

My DOPOD 818 Pro can't open a device lock anymore because a password is change.
In phone screen is type "emergency phone calls can be made" and then "Password you typed is incorrect"
how to open that password?because hard reset cant open 2..
help me..

Have you tried a different SIM card? Failing that, try your SIM card in a different phone (if you have one) and disable the PIN/Password.
