Bluetooth stopped working

For some reason I can't seem to get bluetooth to turn on anymore - if I check the bluetooth on and discoverbox in settings>connections>bluetooth and click ok it does nothing and when I open the settings up again the boxes are unchecked.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing it? It's running one of the wm6 touchflo roms (can't remember which one)
