Need help and i cant find it in posts

i just got my phone on ebay, works perfectly except for the fact that i cant save images from the net, or download/install programs, it says that "This device is restricted from downloading this file type."

i need help please, i really like this phone but if i cant get software to run, i dont see the purpose of having the phone

I dont download from my phone. The easy answer would prolly be to download from a pc and transfer with activesync, or use a diffrent program. Everyone seems to like Opera mini. Good Luck

k, tried installing activesync, installed just fine, until when i plugged in my phone it says that there is an error and didnt sync successfully.

i also tried the usb to pc change on the phone but didnt work
both the phone and the computer say there is a connection, i just cannot install programs, only browse the phone

What are you trying to d/l and install? Have you done searches for the programs that have already been posted as cabs?

k well I figured it out I just needed to do a hard reset and reinstall activesync and bam it worked thanks for all the help much appreciated!
