Iphone question

Hey all, so wife wanted an iphone, got her one off the net for $300 that is 1.1.3 and already unlocked, and has the apptap installer on it. So what I am wondering is where is a trusted "safe" site to get apps etc for it. Asking here because all of the great help I got with my tilt, and seems like I can trust the general consensus here :P

Oh another question, it has the nes emulator on it already, but no roms, any idea where to get them or how to put them in the correct folder?
