Qwest Mogul - Protected Files?

I have a Qwest Mogul and when I attempt to change some of the settings, they don't hold (i.e., Change Windows Live Mobile mail delivery setting from Manual to As Mail Arrives, when I close the menu and reopen the setting reverts to Manual). Is there a file protection scheme that needs to be disabled to make these changes? Any ideas?

I also get this problem when trying to assign Open DNA servers and modifying the qwest connection setting.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
