ATT tilt question

Hi, i am new here, i have got a ATT tilt. i have just unlocked it. and i have a few questions about the phone.
1. can i get the HTC(touch) interface instead of the stock one.
2. How to activate the GPS? (do i need to unlock it)
3. What do i need to do if i wanna watch youtube in my phone?

Since this is your first post I will point you in the right direction.

First see the fist link in my signature. This will teach you the in's and out's of posting.

1. I think what you mean is the cube if I not mistaken. You can get the touch interface (cube)by downloading this. Poorly Duck's Cubes (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1719182&postcount=1)

2. GPS is already activated. I would suggest downloading Google Maps or Live Search for the mobile. You should be able to find both of these by searching google. Google Maps (http://www.google.com/gmm/GoogleMaps.CAB) & Windows Live Search Mobile (http://livesearchmobile.com/?mid=1011)

3. To watch youtube. Download first this app. TCPMP .72 (http://www.4shared.com/file/36654302/c13694e3/tcpmppocketpc072RC1.html?dirPwdVerified=745d7988)
Then download this one. FlashVideoBundle (http://www.4shared.com/file/36654193/6477cb52/FlashVideoBundle.html?dirPwdVerified=745d7988)
Click on Video Sites from Start > Programs and you should be able to select either YouTube...Google Video what have you.

Next time you want to find something you are looking for I would do this.

Use Google Advanced search by clicking on this link.Google Advanced Search (http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en) and then put XDA in front of anything you are looking for.

vBullentin has a module that makes member's read preselected threads before being able to read any other thread and post. I hope the admin takes it into consideration. It well surely save all this clutter.

Please we are trying to keep this thread away from hateful responses. In the past week or two there has been a real negative vibe floating around this forum.
