I deleted it, becouse I found theese bugs, and don't have now the rar to up it, but this one is the same, only have (in my test) tested bugs solved...
and if I can make 3 version of rom in few hours, it mean that I know where move my hands into the dumped rom! ;)

Very good rom but if I put 0 in ShowSIM on HKCU\Control Panel\Phone\ to hide the SIM contact, when I soft-reset, in ShowSIM on HKCU\Control Panel\Phone\ return 1 so in contacts appear both item SIM + Contact.

How can I fix it ?

I tried to change with "Touch settings" the launch application: i would like to launch opera instead of internet explorer. I set it but after the requested soft reset it returned to internet explorer. Every canges return to the default after the soft reset.

Yesterday I did almost 4 master reset due to Spb SW, especially:
- Weather;
- GPRS Monitor;
- Pocket Plus.
You install them, phone stucks on today without all the items first time it restarts..

You can use the X button to close all the running application :)

Tra le applicazioni della ROM trovi X button, utilissimo per chiudere le applicazioni. Puoi renderlo visibile su tutte le finestre dalle impostazioni :)

To test the CAB file I've installed first this CAB, then installed PCM Keyboard, then applied Soft-reset.

Result: bug still alive :mad:

try this cab is from modifica_sip_package that starts at startup, so you can able after softreset to reimpost your favourite sip...
try if this way works...

edited, its same like guybrush modifica sip, strange that it doesn't works... it must work! at startup, you only have to choice sip. and isn't a bug, I found this iusse in many roms, if you have one in whitch is possible to change sip, tell me and I analyze it!

The problem is that you can't change SIP "on the fly" also. If I want to swith from standard keyboard to another SIP through the icon on the bottom bar it doesn't work. It works only for "Riconoscitore elaborato" and "Riconoscitore Naturale".

- Macromedia Flash Player Active X;
- Quick GPS;
- Resco Pocket Radio;
- Batti;
- Handy menu.

They are all currently running on my Trinity and sometimes I have to perform several soft reset before the phone correctly starts...

Tried to install this patch but this error message appears:
"Installazione non riuscita.Impossibile installare il programma o le impostazioni poiché non dispone di firma digitale con certificato attendibile."

Another little bug of SIP... if you have the classic keyboard active on screen, and you press and hold Cancel key, only last letter will be deleted...

It seems repeat feature is disabled... infact you can't delete repeatedly or word by word! :rolleyes:

-arcsoft 4.2 works better;
-calendar into softkey now works;
-recorder memory leak solved.

hopeing we finish with bugs (maybe not yet!)

Sip bug? LOL. Here's exactly what happened to me:
Flashed the new rom, went to new sms, tried the sip, switched to the htc touch pad you included, it worked. Then I installed the Htc Keyboard and Keypad + Atom Phone Pad + Touch Pal. Softreset. It pops up an error after the Ervius registration screen, something like "Windows non ha abbastanza risorse per caricare una lingua (italiano) del phone pad, l'applicazione sarà instabile".
OK. All Sip were broken. I uninstalled htc keyboard and keypad, soft reset.
No error this time. Switching to Touch Pal worked, the original Touch Pad seemed overwritten by Atom Pad which didn't start anyway (like in the old rom).
Tried again to install HTC Keyboard and Keypad. No good. Still only Touch Pal worked. Uninstalled again. Tried to uninstall Atom Phone Pad, it gave me an error and asked me if I want to remove it from the list. I click on Yes. The name stays on the list anyway.
Soft reset.
Windows stuck before the registration screen.
Soft reset.
Windows start, Touch Pal still works, Atom Pad works (WTF!?!?!?!?:eek:) and I still don't have my Htc Keypad which was the one I used more... Now I'm scared to try anything else. :p

Activesync did start for the first few times... now I don't know why, after 5 or 6 soft reset it surrendered... :p

PS. I still didn't manage to get rid of the XButton and the Cleartype...

It installs from SD:
you open the file of the rom, you take only then the file RUU_signed.nbh and rename him/it this way:

TRINIMG.nbh
then put him/it in the SD, you go to formality bootloader and when it sets out it will recognize the file
renamed, it presses the key of lighting once finished the installation on the bar,

Installa da SD:
apri il file della rom, poi prendi il solo file RUU_signed.nbh e rinominalo così:

TRINIMG.nbh
poi lo metti nella SD, vai in modalità bootloader e quando si avvia riconoscera il file
rinominato, schiaccia il tasto di accensione una volta termanata l'installazione sulla barra,
fai un soft reset.

Thank you but I know how to flash from memory card, I've done it before, reading that tutorial. I just want to know if this specific rom could be flashed from memory without any problem.

I don't understand what you mean, for me all works well, if you go in impostazioni->personale and run "impostazione voicecommander" you can see all commands that it can understand...
and if I tell "chiama <contatto> and then tell "si" it works well
P.S.: I suggest to put the voicemmand into hardbutton 1 (Pulsante 1)

-arcsoft 4.2 works better;
-calendar into softkey now works;
-recorder memory leak solved.

hopeing we finish with bugs (maybe not yet!)

if you want is better first of all (but not necessary!) install DES Hard SPL:

instead of using the x-button, you should use the start button and klick on "home" for homescreen... so you have the same... and the apps are in memory!

Il plugin HTC meteo purtroppo non funziona con tutte le città italiane in particolare quelle piccoline. Esiste in giro una procedura per poter patchare appunto la dll. Potreste postare questa dll già patchata.

Spb Backup works well, but, I repeat DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER SW from this family, or your device will not correctly start and you have to perform several resets or master resets.

Here I am, I've tried the last Spb Pocket Plus 4, it works!
But about the other previous versions no way.
Ervius, that's not due to you, but to the WM6.1: available Spb softwares are for WM3, 5 and 6, so it's quite normal if they or some of them don't work on your normally...

Ad esempio: di Pocket Plus e GPRS Monitor è stata rilasciata la versione per WM6, di Weather no, lo installi lo stesso e ti impalla tutto....

Mi sono stufato che il mio P3600...dopo qualche ora di attività, si blocchi e mi obblighi al riavvio completo.
Leggendo qua e là, si capisce che WM6 è più stabile di WM5.
io non uso i software Microsoft Office, mi interessa il collegamento internet ( anche VoIP) specialmente con WiFi , effettuare le telefonate, utilizzare GoogleMaps e I-GO (che reputo sicuramente migliore del TomTom, skype, far vedere qualche DiVX a mia figlia...in caso di crisi (sale d'attesa senza giocattoli o riviste)...e naturalmente Telefonare e mandare SMS

Hi, I'm quite a newby on on this forum. I upgraded yesterday, I tried a lot of ROM but this one seems to be the the fastest, the more stable and the more complete, it's a great job!
I don't have the bug reported above.
My only concern is how to set my city in the HTC Home meteo. I tried adding it manually via using the Advanced Config Tool within this ROM, the code I put in is right (EUR|IT|IT016|Siena - I tried with and without the vertical slash al the end of the string), I even tried to edit the file HH_0410_WeatherCities.xml but it's in the rom and can't be edited and didn't got help doind a search on the topics, how did you solve this tip?

when pda is in bootloader (multicolor) try to lunch ROMUpdateUtility.exe again. It wuold be work fine. Rember First Hard_spl and after restart try to update rom.
I have had same problem with my sister's in law pda and i've solved with this steps.

In my opinion, the process is this:

1) with the first load ROMUpdateUtility.exe file Hard_spl
2) Press the buttons Power / Camera and softReset
3) appear under the words serial
4) connect usb appear in the written "usb"
5) launch ROMUpdateUtility.exe again and install the Rom.
6) finished and good fun !!!!!!!

Hi all, I report a big bug into htchome (thanks to maxximumm that found it and reported to me!!) (when you browse for contacts or programs, it call "HTC_HDlg.exe", and doesn't close it anymore, so it arrives to occupy around 7 Mb in RAM Memory, a lot of....
so after some hours the memory became very low, I'm investigating about, if it depends of "HTC HOME Plugin" or other..... stay tuned....
and if someone find the solution, I'm here, make a new rom without this big bug (just now I'm installing some differents version of htchome to see if there is one that works well, closing HTC_HDlg.exe after used it!! )

P.S.: Obviously the vanilla one doesn't have this bug (no htchome installed on) but maybe installing it the vanilla rom could have this bug too...

seems that all 2.0 and 2.1 versions are afflicted by this kind of bug...

ok, I've found a little good solution...
install this cab, disable htchome from today, install cab and re-enable htchome, you cannot choice the city by it, but into prograsms there is now "Wheater Configurator, you can choice the city by it, and no more have low memory problem...

goto into \windows\esecuzione automatica\ with an explorer and delete "phoneservice.lnk"
and softreset, you have just deleted the blu icon when a missed call or sms/mms arrive!!

Scusa Ervius, che differenza c'è tra DES Hard SPL e olipro 1.20?
puo essere la causa del diverso funzionamento della rom sui vari p3600?
e per caso sai perchè wm5torage e il touch phonepad non funzionano?

there are some differences, I think, maybe is better if you ask for that to DES or Olipro! ;)
the problrm in keyboards were a bug in the rom... that now seems to be finally solved!! ;)

Hi Ervius i'm lovely using your rom... I've noticed 2 issues:
- SIP work only 1 or 2 times since reboot (you stuck into standard keyboard) (and also... the touch pad is an older release, isn't it?)
- On Notifications settings you cannot choose mp3 ringtones from "Suonerie" "My Ringotones" to notify SMS ...

How we can change the pagepool of this rom? this will fix the 1° issue?
I think the 2° is only registry fix.

ok,, tests are finished and I'm very tired to follow the wm 6.1, but:
now I istalled:pocketcm; touchpal (ITA & shareware); ezdial-ITA-ENG and all works well, joinded to the default black keyboard, also after some soft reset!!!

Buona notte-Buon giorno
Per le suonerie intendevo ke vedo gli mp3 presenti sia in "My Documents" che in "Suonerie" solo per lo squillo delle telefonate, mentre per il resto vedo nella lista solo i file di "My Documents"
Ho trovato un altra "incompatibilita" ma credo che questa sia colpa del programma che sto usando: CallHistory.exe che mi mostra la lista delle chiamate perse, lo uso dagli skin di rlToday... lanciandolo nn esce niente, te ke usi? (sono abbastanza sicuro che CallHistory cerca un WM_TITLE in inglese )

- CallHistory.exe does do nothing, i'm using it from my rlToday skins, I think it's a CallHistory.exe missfunction due to the i18n window title

Why not to abolish the "ext build" ver. ?
Under the directory of [rom/device-name/],all of the build is same,do you consider to make it single?
How to edit the header.xml? or how to import it from old build(v1.81)?
