1. As far as I know, all Kaiser roms should work on all versions of the Kaiser (like the Tilt). The issue is that there are slight differences that you'll need to fix, like the button order on the keyboard. But they're all easy fixes, at least.
2. The radio is the piece of hardware that communicates with the cell network. The rom for it is its set of internal instructions.
3. You need HTC Home Customizer:http://www.pocketemu.com/hhc-info.html
4. You're going to need to try a bunch of roms and see what you like. 6.1 doesn't benchmark faster, but many people (including myself) swear it's much faster - 6.1 is less stable, however. Just give it a go.

Changing roms? voids the warranty?

Have you even read anything at all?
YES IT VOIDS THE WARRANTY. This question has been asked, and answered everything. WARNINGS are posting everywhere about voiding warranty.
Why does everything new member think we're a support team or something. Its called XDA-Developers for a reason. If you a new member can't read and catch up by themselves, I suggest they you stick with shipped rom suggested by the manufacture.
STICKY AND WIKI. THEN UTILIZE THE SEARCH FUNCTIONS.

I am sorry if it is offensive to anyone. But I keep it in everytime I see a thread, but there's thread I just snap.

I've included a hidden link to posting and you in the ROM upgrading section of wiki, added some verbiage about voiding your warranty and made it more Q/A-like, hopefully making it easier to understand and limit threads such as this in the future.

Dude, you have every right. I'm a 3 month+ owner of the Tilt and it's my first PPC. I am now cooking ROMs and asked my first technical question yesterday after looking for the answer for about 10 hours (and I felt guilty for having to do it). The best part is the answer was out there, I just must have looked over it multiple times (dumbass). There is literally not a question a newbie can ask that has not already been answered (ok, maybe 1 in a 100) and already has multiple threads or a wiki dedicated to it. The forum should be limited to truly technical questions or unique problems/resolutions. It frustrates me and I haven't been here long - I'd hate for you long-timers to eventually close it down to newbies because of a few bad apples.
And thanks again, Alex. All the work you've done lately to make this place better organized and more straightforward hasn't gone unnoticed.
