'c' text fix CAB

Thats a handy little fix, but I've found it only applies to SMS. It doesn't work in pocket IE :confused:

This works well on my 16 key t mobile touch plus

Another annoyance however, when typing 'an' it presents 'co'. Any way of changing this to be 'an' in a similar way please?
