No Volume control after upgrade

I upgraded to dcd's 2.2.6 rom. and new radio. Now the only control of any volume I have is when I'm on the phone. I can't adjust the volume for anything else (alarms, rings...). When I attempt to change the volume whil the phone is ringing, it just stops the ring all together.
I searched and it brought up the list of changed items in the release of each ROM, with Volume tweak. What is the Volume Tweak? I searched through my phn and can't find a volume anywhere.

Any ideas?

Reinstalling ROM may fix this problem, sounds like there was something that went awry. I use Vol_WM6.exe on one of my hard buttons to open sound in any app, google it and download.
