Every time I hit space bar, phone quits?

Every time I hit the space bar now, or a symbol key, whether it be in an e-mail, browser, text; whether it is the virtual keyboard or actual, my phone will all of a sudden just quit out of whatever app. it is in. Anybody know what the heck this is?!

i think its from some registry entries not agreeing...
i've seen similar closing of programs with random button presses
try and narrow in on the scenario with your latest additions to the device...
i would be surprised if this is happening on stock rom

i would suggest all posting up your current rom/carrier...etc
thats how it will get narrowed in on

personally i installed a new rom and it went away
i tried using a backup program and it didn't solve it...problem was saved in there
so all my settings had to be entered manually again
it may have been my backup program at the time (spb clone) which sucks in my opinion
using sprite backup now and seems to be effective (two successful backups logged)
but i didn't use sprite at the time of this issue

try one of the newer roms available
