SMS problem

if i soft-reset my BA immediately after receiving a SMS, the SMS will be lost.
however, if i push the power button twice and then soft-reset, the SMS will not be lost.

i flashed lots of roms(wm6/wm 6.1), and did hard-reset, the problem still exists :(

i wanna kown whether it's a common problem, or just my BA's problem.

is there a way to fix this, thanks!

This did happen to me too once already. I'm using 19199 from hoangdat.

why would you soft-reset after getting a message? :??

it's lost because our messaging system hasnt yet closed and saved the database in which the messages are stored.
OR.
the table havent been "updated" (in DB language).

Pressing Power Button initiate's standby mode...
in which it instructs the PPC to save all changed DB and routinely clear the cache...

so it is recommended to put your Phone into Sleep/Standby mode (Press power once) before you soft reset.

i think this happens to all PPC.
