Hass anyone tried this update on their Touch Dual?

On HTCs webpage there is the following update:

Bluetooth Hot Fix (for HTC Touch™)

Dropped calls sometimes occur when Bluetooth is on. If you encountered the same problem, please download this Bluetooth Hot Fix and install it on your device.

However it is listed for the Touch and not the Touch Dual. Has anyone tried it , or know if our machines are compatible or not?

you know ... htc touch isnt a qualcomm device?? what make your PC if you install a driver for a not existing card/ic/function??

Although the processor core is the same on both devices, albeit run at a different clock speed.

Agreed though - it wouldn't be advisable to install a patch designed for a different device.

the core is the same :-> ahm ... no ... not realy!

TI OMAP 200MHz with a ARM9 Core for OS
Qualcomm 7200 has 400MHz with a ARM11 Core for OS

Both device have different Blue Tooth Chipsets
