XDA 2 WM5 Multicoloured stripe problem

Hello,

I have just installed hte latest release of WM5 on my XDA 2.
There is a multicoloured strip that displays at the bottom on my screen it takes up 2 pixels at the bottom and it goes all the way from the left side to the right, colours are red, yellow and green and grey. How do i get rid of this? or is it a problem with this release?

Would it be fine just to goto WM6? or does WM6 have problems?

i am guessing that it is the battery level indicator that is displayed the multicoloured bar goes to black as the battery power decreases if you dont want it use file explorer to go to \windows\startup and delete the batt????.ink i cant remember what it is called exactly as i havent got a himalaya any more. it is called batt something,might be battstatus.ink just delete it anyway and soft reset and it will be gone
