Has anyone used this wired remote media control for their mp3 player software?

I have read mixed reviews about it. Most reviews say that the remote works with Htc audio program or WMP at best.

Has anyone used this with the Titan yet?

I used this on my Mogul and it worked great . . .
However, I just upgraded to the latest Sprint rom and it is not working. I cannoot even use the driver they sent me with the remote. it comes back as "you already have the latest driver' and won't install.

Same problem here with my TyTN and Schap's 4.31.
