This is a little program for driving licence training.
You can easily write your own question files by take a look at the existing databases and make your own database(sdf).
AND take a look at the Credits in about ;)

You will need .NET CF 3.5 and SQL Server CE 3.5! Links at the Bottom

This is a little program for driving licence training.
You can easily write your own question files by take a look at the existing one and make your own database(sdf).
AND take a look at the Credits in about ;)

Note: If the Answer is to long you can scroll down by drag from the start of the question down
Note: If the Question hides a picture, just tap on the pic to hide the Question.

Because I am making my driving licence at the moment i wrote this program
it's still beta and has got some bugs

Tested with WM6 Professional Devices + touchscreen with CF 2.0
i dont know if it runs on other versions

In the USA, you'll need 50 tests since each state is unique.

My test was some weeks ago and i got it :D I made 900 Questions on my Kaiser in 2 Days

Programs are nice, the best thing would be a Access DB where the questions are in, or something else to ready them out easily
the most programs I know use an access DB

btw in czech republic the driver license cost about 7000CZK --and this is about 270 euros

Nice program but a good choice to add the option to make your own data file. England and Germany might have a national drivers test but America has atleast 52 different tests. One for each state plus Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. It would keep you very busy indeed.

I am using a simple mdb Access Database to create the questions, Images are stored as simple binary data (jpg format).

I have attached a sample database in mdb and one in accdb format.

What is the fastest way to enter questions? I just installed MDB Browser and Editor but it is not very productive...

Also after i add all the questions into the .mdb, what program should i use to convert to .sdf?

I take Microsoft Access for editing the files, maybe the Free Open Office is also able to open one of the provided formats.

Take Primeworks Data Port Wizard 1.7 to convert it to the sdf format. You will either need the questions one by one yourself or write a little script for it ;)

But.. is it posible to convert .sdf in .mdb? From your file above i didn't actually understand how to insert an image. If i would be able to see your .mdb in german language, with questions example, it would probably be much easyer for me to "translate" your code into my desired language.

i really like your programm, its very helpfull. But I have a problem:

If I tap on Train, I can answer the first quesiton. But If I answer it right, it doesnt dissapear. It still shows the first question.
Any thoughts how to solve the problem?
