Hi no2chem,
today I installed nueLED on my Kaiser. It runs very nice. I have two questions:
1. is it possible to change the frequency of the LED blinking? I would like to see the Bluetooth LED linking twise a second instead of every other second or even steady on ...
2. I have redirected signal LED (addr 8, mode 1) to Charge done (addr 22, mode 2) in order to have a steady green LED when signal coverage. This works great when a signal is available. As soon as I turn off my phone (flight mode) I would expect that the LED is off, same for leaving coverage. BUT the green LED is still steady on; it doesn't change the state. Any idea how to fix that?
Thanks a lot!!!

Hi there.
I have been trying this on my Diamond.
Some functions work, but saving new items wont work.
It creates a registry error.
Is there any chance of a version for the HTC Diamond?
I would like to see the possibility to enable a LED for GPS on/off :-)

Does this allow you to disable the lights?
I would like to disable all lights except charging.
Is this a .cab or does it have to be installed another way? The files I get a wierd and cant run on the Vogue mobile.

After I installed the NUE led with the new verizon update to wm 6.1 the NUE led program had some issues. First the notification led only flashes for a missed call not a missed sms or mms message. Also the charge and charge done led will not disable. Anyone having same problem or a way to fix the software?

Has someone figured out how to control the 4 leds in the HTC Touch navigation pad? It would be nice if these could flash once every 10 seconds or something..

I put nueLED version 1.5 on my Sprint Mogul (HTC TyTnII PPC6800) running on wm6.1, and it works well. I had to manually find and add Address 4, Mode 4 to be able to disable the annoying red low battery warning LED as well.
One minor issue, I have tried to find and kill the address and mode for the orange colored non-blinking LED that indicates charging and the nonblinking green LED that indicates charge is complete. I have found the address and mode for the orange charging LED, but after a soft reset, this LED comes back.
Only other problem is the inability to delete it for diagnostic purposes. As now2chem's , this program cannot be deleted easily. As now2chem's dirreply in PPC Geeks indicatesections (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=18871) in PPC Geeks, I tried to change the registry key for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\AllLEDMgr
and change dword index value to "Index"=dword:1. Then, I also tried to delete registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\nueLED, but wm6.1 say access denied. Subsequently, wm6.1 could not remove the program. Hope you someone can fix this issue.
Thank you for your wonderful product. I was just so frustrated with those blinking LED, and my battery life increased to a great deal. Thank you.

Has anyone tried this on Touch 3G(Jade)?
I want the green led flashes when it's in stand-by mode badly!!!
Been looking lots of web sites n no solution has been found...
It seems this might be the one I've been looking for.
Is this a software to make any led light to blink?
Or it's a rom since I'm afraid all the installed programmes would be removed after this installation if it's a rom...
Please help...

Why not use the media player sound output to drive the LEDs.
Flashing to the sound of music. Start coding :)

I love NueLED, it came with Ryan's Rom for my XV6800. I have also tried installing the 1.5b version that's out there, which is build of 1005, and Ryan's Rom came with build 1006, I didn't notice any difference or results. My phone also does not keep the charging LED to stay off, sometimes it stays off for a few minutes and turns on again. Seems like some people are having success keeping the charging/complete amber and green light off full time in other forums. So maybe it has to do with whatever other software we have installed, or our Rom, I wonder. Hopefully there will be an update or solution posted in a forum, thanks No2Chem.

I'm wondering if this tool will help my problem. Out of nowhere my amber light turned on and stayed on. If I plugged it into a usb charger (wall or laptop), it turned red.
I left it on all night, and it turned green and stays on. Now it is a greenish/yellow light with a faint green status light blink every so often.

Hi no2Chem,
This is a great program, but only partly works on my Topaz (Touch Diamond 2).
I would like my notifications to take priority over the charging LED. This means I would like the LED to blink even if it is charging. I have tried your program, but the only way to get my LED to blink during charging is to remove the charging/charged address. I can live with this, but would prefer to have the charging/charged LED but to blink on a notification if possible.
In addition, after a soft reset or after charging/removing/charging, the charging/charged LED's come back again.
Can you help me please?

Sorry to bring this back from the dead sorta.... but... anyone get this to work on their Touch Pro 2's?
I'd love to disable the stupid blinking green reception LED like I had done on my old Titan.

I wonder if this app might help solve the HD2 problem of not giving LED notification on new email. Not being a code monkey myself, I'd rather try the older version (GUI) to find out, but it's not available any more. :(

Enable/Disable LED Notification Setting in Sound and Notifications [with my changes for to make it work for Touch Pro2 but it should be good for HD2 as well.]
If you want to get the addresses for HTC HD2 just click the keys up and down in the same area of the registry, and look at what is specified. Or go to the link below for the original forum where I got the info from before I made modifications to their info to make it fit for Touch Pro2]
For Touch Pro2 running on stock ROM wm6.5 for Sprint:

Soft reset. Go to Sounds and Notifications, and uncheck "Flash light for" for each item that you fixed above. "Flash light for" will no longer be grayed out.

Does anyone know of any registry tweaks to disable the flashing red LED notification for low battery in Touch Pro2? I tried to disable it through the "Low battery warning" flash option in Sounds and Notifications menu of wm6, but that does not work. If you want to know how to enable "Low battery warning" in Sounds and Notifications menu, here are the instructions:
1. Search for the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877 D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}\.
2. Create a new String value, name it Default and set its value to Low battery warning.
3. Now move to Start -> Settings -> Personal tab -> Sounds & Notifications applet -> Notifications tab, choose Low battery warning value from the Select an event drop-down menu and set whatever you want.
