igo and a-gps

I have activated Assisted GPS with a Tweak Program, and after that, Igo starts, but freezes before main screen.

Doesn't Igo work with AGPS?

Any ideas or solutions?

Yes it does... with some roms.
do a search and you find that a few others already head this issue.

I personally do not use AGps...to me its seems to make the actual on screen tracking kinda of buggy.....YMMV....:)

now i use the dutty's wwe 6.1 rom

Now hold on there... As far as I understand by reading about aGPS, ROMs cannot decide on aGPS VS regular GPS, it's more or less hardware or firmware dependant. aGPS will require lots more things, like server to contain tracking info, lots of config files and perhaps even drivers to make it work.

Or am I wrong?

Ahh yes. Thanks so much. I've been trying to get iGo working for a week. I had enabled Assisted GPS via Kaiser Tweak. Once I disabeled it, now iGo found the internal GPS.
