Text Messaging with Dialer

I have been searching everywhere for a utility that lets you text message with the Dialer, rather than the keyboard (Sort of like a regular cell phone - where you dial 2 (for A) and 8 (for T). Something that would be used to send a text without opening the slide out keyboard or with one hand only? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try searching for the HTC Touch Keyboard and Keypad. It is the software that is used on the touch that enables a qwerty and a t9 function on your screen when typing.

This website has it but I havent tried this software out. I have one that I download from these threads but I dont have it with me. If you still want it PM me and I will send it to you later on today if the one on the link doesnt work.:D
