Small story about HTC support

One month ago, when I've first called the HTC support to report the sound volume problem on my Polaris (French ROM), I've also reported to HTC that, into their support site, they don't put the Touch Cruise (only the Touch and the Touch Dual was selectable).

The person I talk with told me that on their side (HTC internal) they have this option and that, the Touch Cruise will surely appear into the list soon.

By checking the HTC support site today, I can't see the Touch Cruise but "better", the Touch Dual have disappear :-)

And to be even more confusing, the Touch Cruise-page is there, it just don't have any links to it..

Just register with HTC e-club and you will get by e-mail notifications of all updates if any. ROM updates for example are visible only to e-club members.

Did a month ago but the funny thing is that you can't choose the handset to check for updates since it's not listed.

I also had a P3300. As soon as there are ANY updates you will get a pic of the phone with a link to all available updates. So far there are simply NO updates on htc.com for our TC.

I fully agree with your statement. What I find very strange is that the Touch Dual (who was present last week) have now disappear :-)

Hi but only for the originals HTC Touch Cruise....
For exemple the touch cruise buy in France with SFR, the serial Number is not ok for HTC and we can't acces to the Touch Cruise Support ....

Currently, there is nothing to get from the HTC Support Center, so don't worry, but do contact HTC for this issue.

AFAIK HTC accepts only non-branded devices for registration. On the other hand: Be pretty sure that everything that comes up on HTC's site will be available in 10 min here :D So no real chance to miss anything important. The P3300 WM6 upgrades were first released in Asia (Europe almost 4 months later) and XDA-Developers was the place to get them :D
