Battery Status Theme help

I'm trying to install this theme. i downloaded the Cab, installed it, but still no workie

im currently running the newest version of batterystatus, and after installing the cab file of the theme, nothing happens. my today screen will just show the battery bar and the overclock numbers :(

Did you open battery status and choose the theme it is set to default(by default) in the advance tab of the newest batter status vola there is where u set/use you themes

did you close, then re-open battery status?
did you soft reset?

is it compatible with your newer version?

is there a way to get a batterystatus theme without using the clock simply the icons?
