Radio and charging problem

I bought one of the 3-way adaptors to allow me to charge and listen to music at the same time (I use the polaris as my ipod now in the car :D). Anyway since my car aerial is broken I thought it would be neat to use the radio of the polaris in the car. It works very well until I try and charge at the same time. It seems the interference from the power drains all the reception :( I dont think there is any way around this though... pity!

I don't know if one of this on the 12v dc cable will help.

That might work - I would be intereseted to hear if anyone has attempted this and were successful or unsuccessful.
