i want to install to few today screen plugins but i am not sure what to do with the cab files? ? im a noob and step by step instructions would help greatly

dcd v2.3.1 rom

1. copy the cab to your phone
2. run the cab file from file explorer

ummm nope none of the file will execute... anyone else?
