Touch Cruise Ringer

Hi, I own a touch cruise, and for some reason, my ringer isn't going off. I was wondering if anyone can help me solve this problem. My phone almost died this morning, but now it's on the charger, and it has charger up to 35%, with or without being on the charger though, it still doesn't ring. At first, I figured maybe cause it's just saving power, but 35% percent is enough for a phone to ring. But anyways, thanks for any help yall can offer.

Check your ringer volume. If your TC has been in your pocket and not locked then you may have nudged the up/down jog on the side which controls ringer volume. I've done that once or twice.
