sd card isnt being read

hello, i pulled out my memory card and now when i put it back in it doesnt recognize it. what is the problem i did a soft reset hard reset and even reformated the memory card. im using a 8525 with schupps rom any help?

isn't it schap's instead of schupps ?
if it was schap's rom, after somes weeks using without troubles, suddenly, i had the same problem. I reloaded the rom and this problem disepear...
