Welcome.exe and first boot after hard reset

I try to do my own ROM as a base Korand 2.6 in French

And I have a problem

After each reset welcome.exe runs

But in the version of korand that it would run after a hard reset and never after a simple reset



i search in the forum i find a way to delete welcome shortcut in startup

korand don't use this solution and it works

StartUp need to change the name on the label as it will be at the French. This will work if the files mui at the French. I do not know French but this should be something of this Bienvenue.lnk
