Problem with contacts/calendar/SIM card/syncronization with Outlook

I have a Touch cruise belgian FR bought on 17/01/2008 with ROM 1.25.406.1 FRE from 12/12/07 and radio version : 1.58.21.23, protocol version: 25.65.30.04H

I don't know if I should upgrade my radio version to v 1.58.25.14 to solve my problem or if I upgrade to this radio maybe I will have more problems ?
In fact, what is and what brings 'radio ROM' ? Is it independant from the ROM language ?

My problem is that everything is working perfectly for a while, and suddenly (even after resetting it with the stylus), it does not propose me anymore to enter my SIM PIN CODE,no GSM network, I can,not open my contacts (I have roughly 3000), nor the agenda (with more than 1000 events)
And also if I try to re-syncronize it with Outlook on my PC via Activesync, it is"syncronization failure" but I can though explore my mobile device in the folders...If I try to solve the error via Activesync help it puts me "Imposible to obtain an IP adress for the device"
Apart of that, eveything else is working...so I have to do a hard reset complet and reinstall everything, I've done it already a few times.
At the beginning I thought it was my Tom Tom and changed it to Mio Map, but it seems to be the same.

Can somebody help me?

Je ne sais pas si c'est la version de radio et si je devrais l'upgrader avec la v 1.58.25.14 pour résoudre ce problème ou si au contraire, je vais encore en avoir plus...?
Qu'est-ce qu'apporte la 'radio rom'? Est-ce indépendant de la langue de la ROM ?

Moi, mon problème est que tout fonctionne parfaitement pendant un temps, puis soudain (meme apres reset), il ne me propose plus de rentrer le pin de ma SIM, le réseau GSM ne s'affiche plus, et ni mes 3000 contacts ni mon calendrier (avec plus de 1000 éléments) ne veulent s'ouvrir ! Et si j'essaye de le re-synchroniser avec Outlook sur mon PC via Activesync, il me met "échec de synchronisation", je peux cependant explorer mon appareil...Quand on essaye de résoudre l'erreur via dépannage pour Activesync, il me met "impossible d'obtenir une adresse IP pour l'appareil"
Et je dois faire un reset hard complet et tout réinstaller...j'ai déjà du le faire plusieurs fois.

A part ça tout le reste fonctionne...

Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée?

Well I have a sync problem and to solve it this way:
- save outlook data before.
- remove activesync
- Restart computer
- I have disabled windows firewall f'rom control pannel
- I have stoped Virus scan
- and then repare outlook (via new installation)
- reinstall activesync

And then synchronisation works

Dont forget to reactive F/W virusscan and

mais je suis sous Win XP SP2 , pas sous Vista. De plus, comment expliquer que je ne peux même pas ouvrir mon calendrier ni mes contacts ni téléphoner...(il ne reconnait mm pas la carte SIM)- avec ou sans carte sim j'ai tjs le mm problème....!!

Before, I syncronized many times and it was ok to make a search, to call with the cube, now, my contacts in the cube disapeared as well and when I click on contacts or calendar nothing happens, it DOES NOT EVEN OPEN !!
