my contact button on the right soft key is gone....

this has been bothering me for a couple of days... i downloaded this program called end key and it took over the spot where my contact button was, then i deleted the end key program but the button is still there.... everytime i click it, it says "the file cannot be open..etc" can someone tell me what to do please!!
