That is not possible by wm-tools. but there is a workaround: you can use ultimatelaunch (www.ultimatelaunch.de, there is also an english version around here), set it as the only today plugin and put all your today plugins into one tab in ultimatelaunch...that's the only solution i have tested so far...
but i think this consumes too much ram...

You can also search for RC Mod it wont remove but it allows you to change the colors on the today screen.

Yeah, you can use RC Mod to change the color of the divider lines and make them more subtle.

if you have a program to build your own tsk files (like themegence) you can make the divider lines the same color as your background. that's how i get around it
