Lost MP3 file??/

Hi all.. Another newbie here :)

I got my spv m700/ trinity a couple of days ago, i managed to send a mp3 file via bluetooth but i can't find the file anywhere on the phone/memory card!?!?!

Where has it gone??

it should be in the mydocuments folder on the device.
