Is there any ROMs for P3600i ??

I've got a P3600i recently, but i've heard someone said that P3600i is locked and have no new roms to flash.

Is it true?

but i found nothing for my P3600i...maybe there hasn't anyone who have cracked a ROM/HSPL/Radio for P3600i...
