is there something like that to have a rom ready with all the programs and the rom?
Cause i keep coming back to old roms and it gets boring to install all programs again.
But i think a step by sted guide for rom idiots like me would be appreciated by many
not only the programs...
the rom with the radio too

This (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366337&highlight=user+customization) is the only choice for enabled ROMs. Otherwise you cannot backup the apps and such between different ROMs. Too many things can vary. You can pretty much save your SMS/Mail/Contacts...but not apps.

if by "coming back to old roms", you mean that you tried out a new rom, didnt like it and ended up installing the previous rom you had, then you can just use sprite, do a backup, flash that new rom.......decide you dont like it, flash back the old rom, then restore it again with sprite

What he said. For new ROMS that I try, and setup with my apps and settings, I make a backup and name the backup appropriately. For example, when i backed up Sleuth's v3.0 rom, I just called the backup 021508_Sleuth30. That way, when I go back to that ROM, it is easy to restore everything.

if you use spb back up... you can back up specific folders only... i usually back up... application data, appmgr, program files, my documents, favorites, documents and settings, start up, start menu and save just those folders, certain registry values will be missing, but if you reinstall the programs that are having issues it has been a pretty smooth transition for me... hope that helps

Well if that's what you want...that's a whole different bucket o fish...you should probably go here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Kaiser%20ROM%20Kitchen%20Tutori al) and here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=372469). Those are all about cooking your own ROMs.
