Why not try them and see?
So many people come on here looking to be spoon fed...people will tolerate it up to a point, but then wont bother.
You really should try them yourself and test them...try reading through the relevant threads and see what people are saying about them.

they all are... tried and tested by many....
some have bugs(unsupported features)
and you can find all of them in this forum.
it only depends on what you install on them.

i hv tried all and think that the clean version of wm6.1(6.1.02 DVH) without Ramdisk is best cause it has both the netcf and office(excel+word) and also the mystrious theme for media player. All other version either hv the netcf or the office and the version without netcf requires the netcf to run their primary applictions (GettingStarted, calc, usb hdd, etc.) so u hv to loose ur 5mb to run them.
:( In clean version gettingStarted is removed to put office as it is more important.
So give it a chance u will find it worth.

it seems you have a lot of pocketpc's. is the blue angel one of them? you cannot use a ROM not intended for your device.

sorry for asking, i'm too busy now with work.
i also like wm6.1 without ramdisk, but i'm confuse with the extrom they're talking about.
do i really have to install extrom?
and is there a way to put all installed programs and contacts, messages to storage card?
thanks for your big HELP.

you can opt NOT to install extrom. just don't copy the folder (and its contents) to your storage card, so it won't install when you upgrade ROM's.
i'm not sure if you can copy all programs to the storage card, so you can put them back when you upgrade.
a) if you have exe files, then it is ok.
b) but if these programs came from cab files, then you can use the EXTROM to install these straightaway. or you can install them one by one
c) otherwise, you have to install them from your computer.
with respect to contacts and messages, this post is your answer: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1189061&postcount=1

i have pda2k, which has 128 ram and 64mb rom (accdg to gsmarena). is extrom already included in the 64mb rom? the xdaIIs has 96mb rom (44mb available).
the extrom folder from the sd has cab files which is to be installed automatically when you upgrade your rom, is that it?

which wm6/6.1 release is more stable?
Simple: The ones without any additional cruft, bling, or dancing monkeys added.
Remember - most if not all of these ROMs are based on the same fundamental base (barring the fakes, or hacks). It's generally only what the ROM chefs personally want to have added which makes the difference. And even those things can be 'fixed' or overwritten with installers/CABs.
I've had my philosophical 'rant' already ...

i think u should check the wiki first.
Storage(60)-Storage available (44)=Extendedrom(16)
so u dont hv 96mb its 60 mb only. and before upgrading do not forget to merge extended rom to available storage to get more space.

I've tried many WM6 and WM6.1 but can't find one of the best. And
there are more to come. So help me find one of the most stable and best WM6 or WM6.1.
Thanks B4H.
