I have a Sprint Touch with TouchFlo preinstalled. Instead of opening up the cube, I would like for it to open SPB Shell. I tried the FTouchFlo config tool that I found here from a search but it didn't work with my Touch. Is there an easy way to do this?
Thanks all!

Did you make sure the config program was in the same folder as TouchFlo? I know it's key with Ftouchflo.
Otherwise you may have to edit the .config file manually.

robby im in the same boat as you. what i've found is that we can't do anything to touchflo, period. we have to download Ftouchflo and THEN use touchfloconfig. our native touchflo will only work for scrolling and opening the cube.

How did you disabe biotouch.exe?
I followed the thread that netzcoyote linked to. I have a touch and it does not have either .lst file that contains the startup contents.
This shouldn't be this hard!

Well, in order to DIsABLE a process, you can kill it with a process manager. I use SK Tools for that. In order to keep it from opening, you either reomve the lnk to biotouch exe from Windows/StartUp, OR, if it doesn't show there, you remove it from LaunchStartupApp.lst. This is a HIDDEN file in Windows/, so you have to use a file explorer like GSFinder to see it.
Hope that helped.

I tried finding it with GSFinder in the .lst file (did a search for all .lst files) and in the startup folder with no luck. SKTools and Memaid couldn't find it anywhere. I can't figure out how this is starting!

Does anyone have an idea where to find this? I did a search in the registry, tried SKTools and Memaid with no luck at all!

Fist of all you don't need to look in the registry. I use Total commander as a file browser with works great! (see attachment). Look for LaunchStartupApp.lst or Startupapp in the main windows directory. Should be working, you have wm 6 I assume?
Let me know.

Even with Total Commander, I can't find either file in the Windows directory or anywhere on the device. I am running 6.1. I have DCD's latest ROM for the Touch. He cooked up two versions. One with the cube and one without. I have tried both. The one without the cube just gives me an error about trying to start biotouch. I can't disable it with either ROM because I can't figure out how this is starting. Arrrrggg!! Thanks for your help!
