Call Raisa at OnTheGoSolutions.com and tell her Richard S. in Ohio referred you. I beleive they currently have them in stock. You may pay them a little more but they stand behind and service what they sell. They are in Chicago. Good luck.

I used On the go solutions too. I paid more...i think the prices have dropped too. But they seem to be a quality company. There is Raisa and then Dovid, you can talk to either one. Dovid, was shocked about me asking about the video driver issue.

I would test it before, because I'm really disappointed. I owned a p3600 before and a lot of other htc-devices and as far I can say the cruise is the worst device I have ever used (to be honest, this will be my last one, too).

I'm not sure, if only my device is that crappy, because it is so damn slow. For example if I want to load the start-menu (the small default one) I have to wait about one minute. To open the program-folder I wait another 30 seconds. Everytime I can watch the cruise painting line after line...

Yesterday I hard reseted the device and I have the same results again.

I just sold my HTC TyTN II (aka Kaiser) and bought the HTC Touch Cruise (aka Polaris).

It kicks ass :)

If you're happy with what you have and want to remain happy, then, don't buy it. Otherwise, you'd become like us, scrambling everywhere, looking for something that could make this sucker run, at least, decently the way it was designed for.

J&R is a large standard company and they can price match the online store's price too. Try them.
