Help please?

I broke my Vario 3 screen a week ago, i sent it off to have it repaired ansd they have replaced the screen, howeevr when i have got it back the bloody touch screen doesnt work at all!!

Can anyone suggest a way to fix this from home rather than send it off again??

Your input will be really appreciated.

all touch screen functions are not working but the screen itself is fine, i am assuming that it is simply a software issue??

It may just be a ribbon cable not quite seated correctly - dismantling procedures are in the wiki. But, if you dismantle it on your own you'll void the warranty. As they've already accepted responsibility for the repair then give it back to them.

I'd also moan like hell that while it's away you aren't getting the functionality from the loan phone that you are paying for in the contract. I did this with Vodaphone and they didn't charge me anything for the time they had my phone.
