wlan doesn't start

Hi, I brought htc touc cruise "polaris". Afte few days, Wlan didn't start when i clicked from menu. I did soft and hard reset but problem persisted, so i sent it to HTC assistance. I pulled back it and it works only 1 week but now the error persist. There someone can help me? Thanks

Thank you for you reply. I've already controlled the register key and it's already set to 1. The problem persists.
