Electricity cut off during rom update.....

Hi all,

I ve a big pb today, during rom flashing electricity cut off and pc turn off.
My device was 21% processing when it crash now it stays in this 21%
i dont know what to do, do i turn off device by ejecting battery ?

is there any way to do something to rescue my device or is it dead ? :(

OK problem solved
so if you have this pb a day, just plug out battery and restart device it stays at the 3 colors screen so restart upgrade, it will update again your device and its ok.
