Error [262]: update error

Just been trying to unlock my tytn II from orange by using the Kaiser sim-unlocker, i follow the directions to the word but even in step 1 I run into this error message 'Error [262]: update error' on my pc and I am forced to end the process before I leave 0% of task.

I've tried the process a few times, but only resulting in the same conclusion. This is my first post, I have looked to see if anyone has had this problem. Sorry if this is not the correct thread or people have answered this already. Just a little frustrated in not getting anyway,

No matter how frustrated you are, ALWAYS SEARCH!!!!!!!!! There are numerous other threads about this same error. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and do a search before starting a new thread.

I got this message.. It worked after a few tries.. Not saying that any of these were the reason but here are a few things I did..

Turned off virus protection.. Unplugged all other USB devices.. Rebooted the PC..
